Is online the only method of placing an order?

Yes, all orders must be placed through our website in order to ensure the highest level of security while processing our customers’ personal information.

Does Curly & Molly have a brick and mortar location?

Currently we are only featured as an online store.  Be sure to subscribe to our emails to be the first in the know of any updates.
 

Is using my credit card secure?

Curly & Molly takes the security of your personal information very seriously.  We protect your credit card information a SSL certificate.  The secure socket layer (SSL) protocol encrypts your data that makes your transactions secure.
 

Do I have to create an account in order to check out?

We do not require that you create an account.  However, personal information will need to be provided upon checkout.  At that time, if you choose to create an account, your personal information will be saved into our system.  Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

Definitely.  Signing up for Curly & Molly newsletters gives you access to our Family & Friends coupons in addition to any sales that may be advertised on our website.

SHIPMENTS

How long does it take to ship my order?

Typically, it takes 3-5 business days (excluding Holidays) to process all orders before they are shipped.  Once your order has been processed and shipped, confirmation will be sent to the email provided during your purchase checkout.  Emails will contain your tracking number.
